Was there for a leak in Lincoln Town car. They were very nice and efficient. Nice clean lobby.
Took my Ford F-250 to the service department and after having another dealership say there was something wrong they said there was nothing wrong, except the tires, and so I took it home to be able to take it back to the Ford dealership in Mobile the next morning so they could fix it and before I could leave that morning, my husband who was following me out the driveway tells me to pull over because the back right tire was wobbling. When he checks it, the lugnuts had not even been tightened and one of the lugnuts had already broke. Because it was drove like that the lugnuts have now stripped the wheel and won’t stay on there tight. Worse service ever and that could have easily been a dangerous situation!!
